Hello GAM API team

We have had continuoed SERVER_ERROR from the ReportService endpoint all day over several GAM networks. Normally in the past this is resolved within a reasonable time frame. This is not the case and there is nothing being reported on the API status page https://ads.google.com/status/publisher/summary

1. What is the expected time to resolution?
2. Why is this incident not being reported?
3. When did the incident begin?

Point 3 is important so that we understand when we need to start backfilling our near-time systems

We are also concerned in some of the responses from the group moderators which are at times contradictory. This is not normal communication from this group. Has something changed in the process?

I understand you're experiencing server errors with the API. I can confirm that there was an issue on our end causing the "server errors" via the API and it is fixed now. I would recommend you to check the issue and let us know if you are still facing any issues.
