Integrate a DSP to serve ads via Ad Manager

We are a DSP and we use special ad tags to place on publisher pages to serve ads. When ever that tag is placed on the publisher page a request is sent to our end, and we serve a creative on the placement where is tag is placed.
This works fine with publisher who places our tags directly on their pages. However, some plublisher prefers to use Google Ad manager on their site to show ads.
So as a DSP how can we integrate with google ad manager so that we can show the ads on the publisher portal that uses google ad manager?

We want to integrate our platform, with Google Ad Manger, so that publishers can use our platform to connect with local advertisers. Our motive is to create a private market place between us the publishers.
Most of the publishers support DFP or Google Ad Manager. Therefore, is it possible to provide our services to the publishers via DFP or Ad Manager ?

Normally, one can use the Ad Manager API to manage their network's ad inventory, to create orders, and to pull reports, among other features.
