Can anybody help? HTML banners for a client were sent back by Media Company with error "GWD properties are invalid"

As this seems to be more of an Ad Manager UI issue than an API one (since HTML creatives are uploaded via UI), you may want to forward your concern over to the Ad Manager Help Center for further assistance. The product specialists there should be able to provide better insights on this.
