Ad Manager API reports failing with AD_EXCHANGE_CREATIVE_SIZES

Our automated API reports are suddenly failing today. If I exclude the AD_EXCHANGE_CREATIVE_SIZES column, the report runs just fine.

I noticed no change in any API documentation. Is the Google Ad Manager API team aware of this bug?

Same problem with CREATIVE_SIZE_DELIVERED. Was working fine until today, and works fine without this dimension.

Same problem in my report too, it is failing today and was working fine until yesterday.

As soon as I remove the dimension AD_EXCHANGE_CREATIVE_SIZES, it works fine.

Could you please provide a fix as soon as possible please ?

Even running the Query tool through Ad Manager gives us an error:

As soon as I remove the Creative size dimension, the error disappears.

So it's an issue in Google's backend, and not necessarily user API only related.

Hope this helps in further debugging the issue.

Can you tell us when a fix is expected?

Hi Everyone,

There appears to have been an issue in Ad Manager reports last week and it seems to have been fixed now. Upon trying to replicate the report, I was able to generate a report successfully on my end even while including the AD_EXCHANGE_CREATIVE_SIZES dimension in the report. 

With this, can you please try the reports again and check if you're still encountering the issue? If so, kindly provide to me the complete SOAP request and response logs via Reply privately to author option.

Also, in order to enable SOAP logging, you may refer to this guide in the Java client library (also available in other languages our client libraries support).
