Hi,

We got a DFP error saying `ReportError.COLUMN_VIEW_NOT_ALLOWED @ columns; trigger:'TOTAL_LINE_ITEM_LEVEL_IMPRESSIONS`

Your network does not have the feature enabled to be able to select by that column. You'll need to contact your account manager about this, or direct further upgrade questions to the DFP Product Forum.

We would like to know what does this error means and why are we receiving this. Thanks guys!

Hi Micah,

The error means that you are not allowed to view the API column (TOTAL_LINE_ITEM_LEVEL_IMPRESSIONS) as this feature is not yet enabled in your network. I think that only the inventory-level dynamic allocation is enabled in your network, not the line item-level dynamic allocation. That said, could you try to use the TOTAL_INVENTORY_LEVEL_IMPRESSIONS column in your report?

Also, so I can verify this, could you provide to me your report parameters (dimensions, columns, date ranges, etc) and your network code? You may use the Reply privately to author option when replying.
