GAM - Line item Name issue

Hi Team,

I need to create a line item in GAM. For example, the line item name is "Audio | M&P". However, when I create the line item with this name , it gets created as "Audio | M&P". How can I resolve this? Please advise.

I understand you are encountering an issue where the line item name "Audio | M&P" is being created as "Audio | M&P". To help troubleshoot this, could you please confirm whether you are using the Ad Manager UI or the Ad Manager API to create the line item? If you are using UI, share your network code so that we can route you to the respective team.

 

If you are using the Ad Manager API, please provide the following details so we can assist you further:

• Network code
• Complete SOAP request and response logs from API (SOAP logging must be enabled).
• UserService.getCurrentUser (if unable, you may just provide the email address used to make API requests).
