I have reviewed the information provided and understand that you are encountering "'customDimensionKeyIds'. No child element is expected at this point" error via the API. To analyse the issue further, could you please provide the following information:

• UserService.getCurrentUser (if unable, you may just provide the email address used to make API requests).
• Complete SOAP request and response logs from API (SOAP logging must be enabled).
• Network code
