DPF ERROR: Failed to publish lica to dfp

Hi, 

Our ad manager service is receiving errors from DFP client when trying to link Ad to Line Item with the following error in logs:

We haven't changed anything from our end and the issue was noticed early July.

Can you please take a look and see if anything has been changed on your end to cause this to start throwing?
