Worked like a charm... I missed it but then again im doing this without a client library so it can get a bit complicated with so many fields.

Please note that, as per documentation, the externalOrderId field should be after the status field but where you passed it after the salespersonId field. I recommend you move the externalOrderId field after the status field, which will work fine.
