Google ad manager - Vast Tag - Pre-roll Ads got stuck after playing 1 sec

Hi guys!

I tried to use third-party(YouAppi) Vast tag through Google Ad Manager/DFP for pre-roll ads,

I've replaced their parameters into DFP formant macros and fill in setting page but video got stuck after one second.

Please check the tags:

Video Player type: XO Player

We've integrated IMA SDK into the video player, and DFP ads can work fine with it.

The third party once cooperate with publisher using Mopub and after replace the macros it worked fine. But it got stuck with ours.

I can send you the demo app directly if you need.

Please help me on fixing the stuck issue or what should i check for this issue. Thank you very much!
