Hi,

Thank you for contacting the Ad Manager API support team.

Please be informed that I have removed your response from the forums as it contains the PII information.

I have reviewed the information provided and understand that you are facing the "COLUMN_VIEW_NOT_ALLOWED " error via the API. This error occurs when the user authenticating the API request does not have permission to view one or more Column.  I would recommend contacting your Google Technical Account Manager (TAM) representative to discuss enabling the missing permissions of the user in your network. If you do not have a TAM assigned, you can post your query in the Ad Manager Help Community for further assistance. Kindly note that we can assist only with the technical issues or concerns related to Ad Manager API.

Regarding the metric "AD_SERVER_CPM_AND_CPC_REVENUE_GROSS" is equivalent to the "Ad server CPM and CPC revenue" in the Ad Manager UI and the Ad server CPD revenue in the UI is equivalent to the metric AD_SERVER_CPD_REVENUE in the API. Please note that both these metrics are different and compatible with the historical reports.

Hope this helps!

Hello,

Thank you for the reply.

" Regarding the metric "AD_SERVER_CPM_AND_CPC_REVENUE_GROSS" is equivalent to the "Ad server CPM and CPC revenue" in the Ad Manager UI and the Ad server CPD revenue in the UI is equivalent to the metric AD_SERVER_CPD_REVENUE in the API. This is a bit concerning. Does that mean that  "AD_SERVER_CPM_AND_CPC_REVENUE_GROSS" and "AD_SERVER_CPM_AND_CPC_REVENUE" are referring to the same metric in the UI which is "Ad server CPM and CPC revenue".If that's the case, why is the AD_SERVER_CPM_AND_CPC_REVENUE_GROSS metric necessary?

Hi,

I have verified the issue from my end and could see that the metric Ad server CPM and CPC revenue (gross) is not available in the UI and facing compatibility issues when adding this metric via the API. I am checking with the rest of our team and one of our colleagues will reach out to you once we have an update.

Hello,

These metrics were deprecated and revenue metrics are now net revenue:
https://support.google.com/admanager/answer/9771273?hl=en#temp-metrics

They are in the API only to help with transition, and are not enabled on all networks.
