Getting Video URL from Custom Creative

Hi,

We have some CustomCreatives that contain videos, and we want to show those videos on our application. These Creatives do not have any customCreativeAssets associated with them. These Creatives get the resource URL using script, so we are not able to get the video URL using the CreativeService. We can see the preview of these Creatives using the previewUrl but as mentioned above, we want to show the video on our application. Please let us know if there is any way we can fetch the video URLs of these Creatives.

Thank you for contacting the Ad Manager API support team, this is Madhushree.

I'm afraid that the CustomCreative doesn't have any options to get a video source URL. To investigate this further, can you please provide us with Network code and creative Id to Reply privately to the author option, or direct private reply to this email.
