DCM ID's across accounts

Hi ya,

Quick question here regarding the ID's (campaign ID, advertiser ID, etc) and if they are unique to the account or unique across DCM?

We are now having to manage two separate accounts and it looks to me like the ID's are unique across DCM as a whole but I've been told by our partners they are not.
