DV360 click macro redirection issue

Hi, We are third party ad platform and our tags run via DV360. Our tags carry DV360 click macro which gets launched when user clicks on the ad. And this click macro from DV360 suppose to redirect the user to a landing page. We see this redirection happening on certain cases but not on certain cases. Can someone shed light? But from my own debugging, it seems to be something wrong with dbm_c param value but this is something populated by DV360.

Here is one of the cMacro value that is not doing the redirection. You might have to add a landing page URL at the end after adurl=
