Hi Team,

We have an open support ticket with a client in Campaign Manager 360 that is encountering syncing issues between Prisma and our platform. Prisma informs the client that naming conventions have been updated, yet the client states that nothing is associated on our side yet. I find very limited information both in EHC and our IHC regarding scope and ownership of this issue and am unsure if this is API Support or if the feature is still in Beta version within CM360.

Could anyone shed some light on the issue and let me know if this is or not in scope of DCM-API.

Please be informed that we can only give technical solutions to direct issues with API such as uploading issues or API Responses errors. As I believe syncing between third party platforms should be handled by CM360 product support team, we will recommend continuing the communication you have on their support channel. On the other hand, should you have concerns with the API itself, kindly provide the following information so we can further assist you:

  • DCM Account ID
  • Profile ID used in request call
  • Request body & URL with path param values
  • Complete API Response showing the issue
