Hi,

Our automated process for API pulls has been failing with an HTTP 500 error for the past four days. We haven’t made any code changes during this time.

When we manually provide a list of active Floodlight report IDs, the process runs successfully. However, when the code attempts to fetch the active Floodlight report IDs via the API, it encounters the HTTP 500 error.

We suspect this issue may be caused by recent changes on the Google Campaign Manager 360 API side.

 Expected Behavior:
API should successfully return the list of active Floodlight report IDs without error.
Actual Behavior:
API call fails with HTTP 500 error.

Please get back to us asap and let us if you need any additional information

Thank you in advance for your help on this!

Hi,
We fixed an issue last Friday. Are you still seeing this issue? If it does, does the 500 error happens all the time or just randomly?
