How can we send offline conversions to DV360?

Hi all.

We are sending offline conversions to DCM and DS through DFA API.

How can we send offline conversions to DV360? Can we use DCM / DFA API?

Where can we find configuration data (encryptionEntityId, EncryptionEntityType, ...) ?

Thanks a lot by tour quick response. It confirms that uploading is possible. 

We will try using ClickId (Match Id), avoiding encryption features / properties used for encryption of userId, not found in DV360.
