I understand that you are experiencing slow performance when uploading offline conversions with the CM360 API, specifically timeout errors. A "
Timeout Error" in the Campaign Manager API usually indicates that the API call took longer than the allowed time to complete, often due to a large data request or network issues. In order to investigate further can you please share us with the following details:
- DCM Account ID- You can find under your profile icon in your Campaign Manager 360 UI. You can also find it in the Account section, which is located under the Admin drop-down.
- Profile ID used in the execution/request call.
- Complete JSON Request and Response logs.
