Where to find the encryption info

Hi,

I am using the cookie sync to get the google_gid value as per this document - https://developers.google.com/authorized-buyers/rtb/cookie-guide and using that as the encypted user ID in the batchinsert method. What should be the following value ?

EncryptionEntityID

EncryptionEntityType

EncryptionSource.

Where do i find those values?
