Numerous backend errors when generating reports with dfa api today - please help!!!

Hi, we are trying to get our important daily client results data, but keep getting a backend error 500 - has happened at least 5 times today with still no success. Please see attached screenshot. Are there any known issues which are causing these errors and if so do you have an ETA of when things might improve? Also is there anything we can do our end to prevent/remedy these kind of errors or is purely an issue with the backend google api systems? Many thanks, Tim.

Hi,

I am checking with the team. Meanwhile, please send the following information in a private message:
  1. DCM account id
  2. Profile id
  3. Your API project id.
  4. Are you seeing any issue in the UI as well?
