Creative with Youtube Video via API

According to DCM documentation I can create a creative with a youtube video instead of uploading an assets, as explained here: https://support.google.com/dcm/answer/3312854?hl=en#youtube. I tried searching in the API documentation for creative but did not find a field in the request body for publisher hosted video support. is it possible to do the same via API?

Is there any suggested workaround for youtube video creative creation either via batch upload or SDF similar to DBM? Basically, programatically creating the creative using the youtube URL OR bulk generation of creatives with youtube url given some input?

The SDF/bulk feature is not available in DCM API. I will add these to the initial feature request for youtube URL creative via API.
