How to delete manually uploaded daily conversions upload from specific days

Hi team,

We are currently doing daily offline uploads in CM360 where it relies on the data of gclid / dclid on the URL when user land on our website and place the order for Floodlight purchase event tracking.

However, we recently encountered an issue regarding missing transaction IDs which caused duplicates from our daily uploads and we would like to delete those uploads to return our revenue performance back to normal.

How can we delete these uploads in CM360?

To better assist further with your concern related to duplicate uploads in CM360 due to missing transaction IDs, could you please clarify if you are trying to address this through the CM360 UI or via the CM360 API?

If you are using the CM360 API, could you please provide additional details of the specified upload to help us investigate the issue:

  • The DCM Account ID (found under your profile icon in the Campaign Manager 360 UI or in the Admin section).
  • The Profile ID used during the API request.
  • The complete API request and response logs.
