Does CM360 API conversion upload support gbraid and wbraid?

As per your concern, I'm afraid that the only supported data for offline conversions are the following:

• Mobile/CTV Device Identifiers (IDFA*/ADID/IFA)
• GCLID (Google Click Identifier)
• Match ID
• DCLID (Display Click Identifier)

With that said, allow me to submit this as a feature request. However, please be informed that all requests are subject for approval and are not guaranteed to be supported anytime soon. With that, we would recommend keep an eye on our developer blog for updates on this.

Hi,

Following up on this request to see if gbraid was implemented. 

I have implemented matchIds on my clients’ sites, but it seems to fail for all users who do not have gclids, they only have gbraid IDs. Seeing that the matchId cannot be found and the GCLID is being replaced with gbraid, how could I batch insert these users?

Its seems this is mainly for iPhone user's due to its security feature.

Unfortunately, the following are the only supported data as of now.

• Dclid
• Gclid
• Match ID
• Match device ID

You can refer to the Configure conversion resources API documentation for more information. So, I would recommend you to follow our developer blog for future updates.

Hi,

I understand you need to upload conversions of the users without GCLIDs and whose match IDs are not found. The documentation mentions that if GCLID and match ID aren't what you need, you can use other options like mobileDeviceId, encryptedUserId, and similar fields. You must mention any one of these fields to upload conversions. 

As you are encountering ‘Match ID not found’, I would recommend you to refer to this FAQ for more information about the most common causes for this error.
