How can I find profileId in DV360

Hi there,

I'm looking for profileId property in order to upload offline conversions to DV360 but I cannot find it. 
This property seems to be necessary to this offline uploading.

I  dont have access to https://www.google.com/dfa/trafficking panel and UserProfiles: list is returning me no profiles invoking it with an authorized user in DV 360 dashboard (https://displayvideo.google.com/).


What can be the cause?

The profile id is available in the Campaign Manager account: https://www.google.com/dfa/trafficking

Are you planning to use DV360 API or DCM API ? If you are looking to get access or having a userprofile to a given Campaign Manager account, please reach out to someone who has admin access to that account: https://support.google.com/dcm/answer/6098287?hl=en

If you are trying to upload offline conversions using DCM API, you will find the following links helpful:

We will not be able to create a user profile on the client's account.

Thanks, Laksmi, by your early and complete response.

Our system uses DCM API for uploading offline conversions for DV360 with matchid without problems for customers with account at DCM. We can get the profileId of the user from the DCM panel.

But, in this case, our customer don't have an account at DCM, only at DV360.

Is it possible upload conversions to DV360 via DCM API in such situation?

Hi José,

Using DCM API you can insert offline conversions in DCM/ Campaign manager account. If you want to find out whether the conversions can flow from Campaign manager to DV360 account, then please contact the general support team:

They are the best bet to address this concern.
