DCM CSV file

When I create report as csv, it adds lots of header and "grand total" to to last line.
is there a way to get clean csv?
I try to get campaign data and save it to SQL database using  Google.Apis.Dfareporting.v2_7

Hi,

If you don't want report headers and grand total you need to post process the report at your end once you download the report file.

Did anything improve on this field or can you explain us at least for your "well-known" format (how many lines in header (offset), footer we can expect) for the file?

Hey, I'm wondering if you were able to find documentation on this report format? I've inherited some code that is already doing some post processing on this file. It was working until recently. It's a simple change to fix it, but this indicates to me that the format has changed slightly. I was hoping I could find some documentation on this format so I know how to correctly post process this.
