Hello,

Hopeful someone can help me on this.

I'm using the CM360 API to upload offline conversions to the platform. While I've successfully been able to do this I notice there is an issue. It places the uploaded conversions in a not set column when trying to see what platform each conversion takes place on (desktop, mobile, etc). Looking through the documentation I don't see a way to specify the platform where the conversion takes place, just wanted some confirmation that this isn't possible to do at this time.

Thank you for reaching out to the DCM API support team.

Can you please share the following details to investigate further:
  • DCM Account ID.
  • Complete JSON request and response logs while inserting the conversions.
  • How are you able to check the conversions are not set in the correct column? Which column should it be? Are you generating a report to verify it?
  • Report ID and File ID.
  • The user email / service account email used for authenticating the API query.
