Timezones for reports

Hi,

1. I saw that timezones are set on the account level only, is it the case or is there any way to specify the desired timezone for a report?
2. If a profile is shared with my account, which account timezone defines the report timezones: my account or the account that shared a profile with me?
3. Where can I check the timezones for my account?

Hi, thanks again

Just to clarify: is it possible to ask for the data aggregated by specific timezone in reports ignoring the account tz? If so, could you please share documentation about it?
Or is it just possible to see the timezone in the report-response?

Hi,

Yes, the timezone is specified for each report. Kindly note that when running reports via the API, relative date ranges like YESTERDAY are resolved in the America/Los Angeles time zone. This may cause unexpected results for users in different time zones. Moreover, the API respects the configuration set in the DCM UI dashboard including timezone settings. For issues with the reporting time zone. I would recommend you reach out to the CM360 Product support team via this link for further assistance as they are better equipped to address your concern. Please note we can only assist with the technical queries and concerns related to the DCM API. Hi,
What if a profile was shared to our account? In such case, will a report inherit the timezone from the original account? Or will the report be created in our account's timezone?

I would like to inform you that if the profile is added to your account then, the report will be generated as per the account's timezone not by the profile's timezone which was added.

To clarify: all profiles that my account has (including shared) will have the same timezone — the one that is set up for my account?
