DCM reporting api - reports execution time increased considerably in the past 12 hours

Hi guys,

In the past 12 hours we are experiencing a dramatic increase in report run times while trying to execute various report (primarily floodlight reports).
For example a report which usually takes 20 minutes now takes more than 3 hours to run.
Is this a known issue? 

Any help will be appreciated

Hi,

I am checking with the team. Meanwhile, please send the following details in a private message.
  1. DCM account id
  2. Profile id
  3. Are you facing slowness when running the report or only when downloading the files? 
  4. Also, any where else that you observed slowness or timeouts, like polling or so? 
  5. Are you using synchronous or asynchronous reporting? Please refer to this section of guide. 
  6. Report id and file id ( if any)
  7. Your API project id.
  8. Are you seeing this issue in the UI as well
