Running into issues when reporting on floodlight conversions

Hi all,

I'm currently attempting to hit this endpoint: 

https://ad.doubleclick.net/ddm/s2s/appactivity/src=6637276;cat=act-ios;type=sales;ord=099991

I use my authorized token, and send a POST body of

I keep receiving a 400 error, however, and I'm not sure why. I've literally copied and pasted these values from the documentation found here: https://developers.google.com/app-conversion-tracking/third-party-trackers/doubleclick-integration

However, nothing works. I've tried a lot of combinations here. Any other recommendations? Am I missing something super obvious?

I've been seeing this issue on behalf of a customer as well.

POST body looks correct, and we're using their authorized token.

I'd like to read the help center article, but am stuck in a loop in in https://accounts.google.com/AccountChooser
