I'm not familiar with the queryid you are referring to, as it is not part of the report properties we have in creating and pulling reports through our API.

The issue here seems to be directed to DV360 API rather than the DCM API itself, is that correct? If that is the case, we would recommend to directly reach out to their support channel by filling out this form: https://support.google.com/displayvideo/contact/nghelp_contact_form.
