Hello,

Although it might be out of the scope of this forum, but I couldn't find the comparison of these three ways of accessing data for doubleclick:

DCM Data Transfer log (https://support.google.com/dcm/partner/answer/7315192?hl=en)
DoubleClick Campaign Manager Reporting API
DoubleClick Search Reporting API

For my understanding, Data Transfer Log logs all the actions that trigger Floodlight tags.
DoubleClick Campaign Manager Reporting API can generate different reports based on Data Transfer Log but it can also access data from different ad platforms, such as actual campaign spending. Hence, it can join the actual spend with what we see in the floodlight logs.
DoubleClick Search Reporting API specifically focus on search engines, making report by gathering data from search engines using their API.

Did I miss anything?

Thank you!

Hi,

The DCM API reports are based on aggregated data where as Data transfer logs are event-level logs. Otherwise your summary with respect to DCM API and Data transfer files sounds good. For DoubleClick Search, please contact Search support.

For more information on the DCM product, please reach out to general support.

Thanks,
Lakshmi, DCM API Team
