Campaign Manager 360 account API Access

Hello team,

I'm working with the CM360 API.

I've recently been given the role Advanced Agency Admin to a CM account, and I do have the right access when navigating to the UI. 

When I try the API  [GET https://dfareporting.googleapis.com/dfareporting/v4/userprofiles]  I can't see the profileID in the returned list, the profile ID which is linked to the new assigned account.

But when I tried another API [GET https://dfareporting.googleapis.com/dfareporting/v4/userprofiles/{profileId}/advertisers] with the same profileId, I did have the correct advertisers list.

It's really confusing at this point. 

Do I miss anything in the CM account setup?

Hello all,

this is happening to us with ALL new accounts we try to connect to our Service Account, and also with existing user profiles where we update permissions.

This is like the API would not return them anymore.

This is quite concerning as we run activity for hundreds of advertisers and we have several new clients coming in.

The userprofiles does not return recently updated or created user profiles.

Is there any issue found on API end? Anything to do on our side?

This is quite urgent for Havas

I understand that the method user profiles are not returning recently updated or created user profiles. I would like to inform you that there are no issues found on API end. In order to investigate further can you please share us with the following details:

• DCM Account Id
• Profile Id
• The user email / service account email used for authenticating the API query.
