Path to conversion report error

Hello Team,
I have a trouble with Google Campaign Manager and I am happy if your team help us.
I found that path to conversion reports which I downloaded after 2023/10/04 01:00(JST) has no data(only header).
On the other hand, the reports I downloaded around 2023/10/03 01:00(JST) has data.
In addition, I tried to download a report with the same setting as latter one today, but it had no data.
