Hello,

I have been getting this error since past 2 days for some of the profiles.  

"Resource is not available. Please try again later. /
One or more of the services on which we depend is unavailable. Please try again later after the service has had a chance to recover."

I haven't seen this error before in the UI. Because of this, I am unable to run any reports. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Maleka,

Can I bother you for some more information, please? What UI are you seeing this in, DFA Trafficking or DFA Reporting? Are you seeing this through the API as well? What actions do you try to take that result in this error?

Hi Joseph,

I was seeing this error in the DFA Reporting UI when loading the reports page or editing a report or switching between users. It looks like an intermittent error.  I am unable to reproduce it now though. I do not see it through the api.

Unfortunately, I am still getting this error.  I get this error when retrieving the report . I am unable to figure out what causes this error.  

Any help would be appreciated.

this issue i am facing when i click on GA Real time than showing this message by popup...

how can i resolve this issue and why are this type of facing this issue?

When trying to view real-time reports/dashboard I'm getting the same error message on two different computers using Chrome. However, it appears that the iOS Analytics app is still working as it should and showing real-time data.

Hi,

When you mentioned help about GA, do you mean Google Analytics? Are you seeing the error 'Resource is not available. Please try again later.' in DCM API response or Google Analytics? If the issue is in Google Analytics, you need to post in the Google Analytics Stack Overflow.

Hi,

Is this error specific to DCM API? If so, please send the JSON request, response, DCM account Id and profile Id in a private message. If this error is specific to Analytics and you are using Analytics API, please post your question in this forum.
