Hello,

we are receiving recently this 409 error code in several cases and we urgently need to investigate the reason why

In the agency we traffic hundreds of campaign per day across all markets and this is becoming an inconvenience

Can you please support identifying in a couple of campaign cases what is the reason of this error to appear?

With regards to your concern, the error 915- “We can’t process your request at this time. Please try again later.” is due to multiple operations affecting the same entity (whether directly or indirectly). For this error, here are some recommendations.
 

  • Generally retrying to submit a request can help resolve it.
  • Create a mechanisms that will retry the request up to 10 times when getting this error
  • Increasing the threshold of your uploader to retry a request (The suggested threshold is 10)
  • Adding a timeout/pause between attempts


Let us know how it goes and if the issue still persists, please provide the following details using reply privately to author option:
 

  • Sample API request in JSON format
  • DCM account id
  • Profile id
  • Timestamp of the failed API request
