CM Offline Conversion API Help

Hi,

I'm working with a customer and they are configuring offline conversions for CM360 for the first time. As they begin to use the CM offline conversion API, they encounter an error (see below), and could use the team's help in troubleshooting. 

They’ve eliminated the possibilities that they have the wrong IDs by testing against the API Explorer. Their issue seems to be something related to making our API call. When they make a regular post request, they get
 
{'hasFailures': False, 'kind': 'dfareporting#conversionsBatchInsertResponse'}

with no status field.

Let me know if anyone is able to help to troubleshoot or if there is another email that I should reach out to.

Hi Greg,

Thank you for reaching out to the DCM API support team. 

Based on the information provided, I understand that you are uploading conversions using the CM360 API but you are not receiving the status object in the response logs. Note that you haven't received any errors, as the hasFailures field is returning false, which indicates there were no failures but the status object is missing from the API response. Could you please provide the following information to investigate why the 'status' object is missing from the API response:
  • DCM Account ID: You can locate this under your profile icon in the Campaign Manager 360 UI or in the Account section, which is found under the Admin drop-down.
  • Complete JSON API Request and Response Logs.
  • Request Body & URL Endpoint Request.
  • Profile ID used in the execution/request call.
