question about Click trackers

Hi Guys.

I have Question about the click trackers which are set up in Campaign manager. If you see the below screenshot it says the click tracker is allowed in text ads .

Does that mean the click tracker which has been setup in campaign manager can be used in Expanded Text Ads in Google ads Search Campaign ??

I understand The campaign manager is used to manage display ads across Display network and mobile .. however I did not find any resource for clarifying this part.

I would be great to get this clarified ?
