Using CM360 API to upload all transactions

We are looking to use the CM360 offline conversion API to upload all transactions to CM, not just offline conversions so we can supplement any missing transactions in CM360 such as those which are not captured due to lack of cookie consent and tags not firing. 

We suffer with delays in transactions appearing within CM360 currently of up to 48hrs, so we are also hoping that this will reduce delays in feeding CM360 with transactions to fuel bidding.

Does anyone have experience of this, and/or is is recommended?

I would suggest you to refer to this help center article and documentation on how to verify conversions are processed. You can use the conversions.batchinsert and conversions.batchupdate to insert and update the conversions. Can you please provide us with a detailed description on what exactly you are looking for from the DCM API ?
