Report file stuck on status QUEUED

Hello, I have some reports stuck on status QUEUED, they were inserted correctly and retrieved a reportId and fileId, when requesting the method: reports.files.get the status is always QUEUED, it does not change.

I understand that your CM360 reports are stuck in "QUEUED" status even after being correctly inserted and assigned a reportId and fileId, and the status doesn't change when repeatedly checking via reports.files.get.

To better assist you with your concern, could you please provide us with the necessary details to help us investigate further? Specifically, we would need the following information:

  • DCM Account ID: You can find this under your profile icon in the Campaign Manager 360 UI, or in the Account section under the Admin drop-down.
  • Report ID and File ID related to the issue.
  • The Profile ID used during the API request.
  • URL endpoint request with the path param values.
  • The complete API JSON request and response showing the issue/error.
