You may be experiencing some delays on your reports, but this doesn't necessarily mean that it has already failed. This just means that you have to wait for the report to be available before it can be ready to download. To determine when a report has finished running, you'll need to periodically check the status of the file as indicated in this document. Reminder that it should have "REPORT_AVAILABLE" status for the report to be ready to be pulled or download.

Thank you for responding back to us.
It would seem like you are trying to pull a large amount of report data, thus it would be expected that it will take longer time than usual. As you mentioned, when you switch to pulling 60 days of report, the availability of it shows quickly. We would advise to perform multipart downloads to break large downloads into smaller chunks.
