How to manage large size data using cm360 api??

Hi, we have two problems, first, we can't get an offline floodlight report using the API, I'm using get method from service.reports() (Python) this works with instant reports but for offline report I can't find the floodlight report by advertiser and report ID.

The other problem is the report downloadable CSV file size (about 4.6gb) in case that we can get the data by the api, how we can manage this data (finally to connect to data studio) because with spreadsheets or excel surpass the cell limit.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

 

Using the reports.get() method should retrieved the data for the report ID you specified in the path URL, then by specifying the configuration ID it will automatically include all the advertisers associated with that ID on that report. More information here.

 

With regards to report data, please follow our Reporting Best Practices guide. And if you want to import this data to any third party platform, the generated report file should be post process by the user with their own logic on how to import it into that as this is not currently supported by us.

and we get this error:

I shared the report with the mail account on the json using for credentials ("client_email")

but still we can't gather the report.

Could you please share with us the whole request details without masking the data? As we will need this for further investigation.

• DCM Account ID
• Profile ID used in request
• Request body & URL
• API Response

 

Additionally, could you try pulling the same data through CM UI side and see if you encounter the same behavior? In any case, share with us a screenshot of how you are pulling this through CM UI side and the response you get.
