Uploading conversions for the new Search Ads 360

Hi,
We've been using CM360's API in order to upload offline conversions for a synced SA360 account.
This set up has been stable for years, but as of 15/09/23 we started seeing 0 conversions within the UI of the new SA360 platforms.
We can still see the conversions in the old UI.

Up until this date there was not issue, and we saw conversions in both the old and the new UI.
Nothing was modified from our end.

Is this a known issue? any idea what might cause this?

Please be informed that our support channel can only best assist you with regards to DCM 360 API implementation and technical issues. However, it appears that your concern is not with DCM but rather with the SA360 API. With this, we recommend that you reach out to the SA360 support team through this link  for your issues to be handled accordingly. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your response.

I understand, however, we are pushing the offline conversions using CM's API,
So doesn't this fall under this scope?

I would like to inform you that we can resolve any technical issues / concerns while offline inserting / updating conversions using the CM360 API. As, mentioned in your first response that you are unable to find the data in the SA360 UI, which is out of scope for us. Kindly check with the SA360 product team via this link for further assistance on this issue. 

If you are facing any issue while inserting / updating conversions using the CM360 API then, please share the following details to investigate further:
  • DCM Account Id.
  • Complete JSON request and response logs.
  • The user email used for authenticating the API query.
  • Error screenshot (if any).

I was just informed by the client that the problem resolved itself.
Probably a glitch with the new UI for SA360.
