Our API is free of cost. However, you must have an account with DoubleClick to authenticate against our API and we do not generally set up third parties with their own accounts.
Please be informed also that our support channel can only precisely give guidances with regards to API direct issues such as uploading errors. What we can give you is the documentation for the quota/limits and how to request for additional increase in quota. However, your exact query appears to be more product related concern, and would be best if you reach out directly to CM360 product support team as their specialist there should be able to answer concerns with regards to cost for product subscriptions or rate call limits.
On the other hand, your message "Also, as you can see below she is referring to a max of 850 calls, is this even possible for CM360?" seems to be referring to an already open thread. However, I could not identify which one is it, would it be possible for you to confirm if this is related to any issues that is currently opened on our support channel? If so, kindly link us the forum thread or case subject title of the issue. If not, please disregard this last paragraph of my response.
