Log-level data pull

Hi, 

I'm directed here from the customer support team.

I'm using the CM360 API to pull the log level data, where Google bucket gets the data first and then loads it to AWS S3.

And I want to eliminate Google bucket from the process, i.e., to ingest the log-level data directly to AWS S3 from CM360.

Please suggest a way to do the same.

Please be informed that our support channel can only give precise guidance with regards to DCM API technical issues. Having said that, it appears that your use case involves transferring data to a third party platform. With that, as this requires post processing the data being pulled from CM360 API, you have to put your own logic on how you can gather the data from API then ingesting it to any third party storage. We can only assist with regards to what is being pulled in the API, if it is successful or not. Hope that you understand this limitation.

Hi,

I've gone through the Data transfer v2.0 docs,  Get Started  |  Campaign Manager 360  |  Google for Developers,  I want to access these files only, but instead of pulling through Google Storage Bucket, I want to do it through APIs. Please suggest API that can be used for the same.

Thank you for responding back. On CM360 API, we support offline reports. You may check the list of supported fields here: https://developers.google.com/doubleclick-advertisers/v4/dimensions.

Hi, 

There are few fields which are user-defined in log-level data from Data Transfer, e.g., 

'Activity Type' field in Match table: Activity_Cats is a User defined string corresponding to type= value from Floodlight tag.

Is there any way to get them in offline reports, there are a number of User defined fields in files & match tables.

As mentioned, on API's perspective, this is only the complete list of supported fields in API reporting https://developers.google.com/doubleclick-advertisers/v4/dimensions. If what you need is not indicated there, then it is not possible to be pulled through CM360 API.
