DFA vs. DCM?

I can't seem to find the definitions or differences between DCM and DFA. Are there any resources that describe the differences?

DFA (DoubleClick for Advertisers) is the previous version of DCM. Please check this help center article for the information on DCM and DFA. For any further questions on this, please contact DCM general support. They will be able to assist you.

I can never access the DCM general support website. It asks me to select the user and does not anything
