You could pull placement details including placement external ID as well as all the entities in the instance of a placement listed here by using the placements.get method. However, I am not certain what you mean by keyword but I assume it is the keyname listed on the same document I have shared. Let me know if this is enough information or elaborate on what you need more.

It seems like you did not receive my previous response so I am reposting it here:
In the placement properties I have previously shared to you, there is "external ID" field where it corresponds to the external ID of the placement and I believe this is what you are looking for. I attached screenshot for reference (externalid.png).
On the other hand, there is also a keywordOption field under TagSetting object on the same placement properties. I attached the screenshot for reference (keywordOption.png). Could you confirm if this is what you want? If not, it would be best if you can share the screenshot of it from the UI side for better illustration of the issue.
On a side note, If you're having trouble receiving private replies from us, please check your Spam folder. Thank you for responding back to us.
I believe you are referring to placements.generatetags method. If not, would you be able to share a screenshot of how you do it in CM UI side? We would need this to know and confirm what is the exact equivalent of that in CM API.
