Could you please confirm whether your issue is regarding the CM360 API or any other API? Please note that our support team can only assist with technical issues related to the CM360 API. If you are using the CM360 API, we would require the following information to investigate the issue further:

  1. A detailed description of the issue you're encountering
  2. The DCM Account ID (found under your profile icon in the Campaign Manager 360 UI or in the Admin section).
  3. Any error screenshots of CM360 UI (if applicable)
