Hi,

I have an offline report with a relative date range of "Last 14 days". I am in CET Time and the Account is set to European Timezone.

If I trigger the report via API before 09:00 AM in my timezone it starts at -2 Days. After at -1 as expected. So if I run it now it will pick 03.11.2021-16.11.2021 , if I had run it before 9 local this morning it would pick 02.11.2021-15.11.2021.

I need to run this report earlier so that I can integrate the data in our nightly ETL process but also need the data for the previous day.

What Timezone does the filter use to decide the change of date? Is there a way to influence this or do I need to switch to a fixed date range and patch it before running?

Thanks,
Christos

Hi Christos,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please be reminded that when running reports via the API, relative date ranges like YESTERDAY are resolved in the America/Los Angeles time zone. This may cause unexpected results for users in different time zones. With that, please be mindful on the difference in time of Los Angeles time zone to your account's time zone. Once this is adjusted, you should be getting the expected results.

Let us know should you have any other concern.

Regards,
