How could we find out idfa?

Hi


We are developing delivery ads to user List (idfa and aaid).

But we found that ifa’s information cannot be found on the traffic. 

What is the reason why we can’t see it? Or do you have other suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out, but I'm having some difficulty understanding your question. It sounds like you're doing some sort of targeting with IDFA and AAID, and are encountering an issue related to IDFA, but it's hard to tell what exactly is going wrong.

For what it's worth, the main tool I know of that involves these identifiers is the bulk uploader utility. However, the understanding is that you already have these identifiers and wish to populate a user list. I'm not sure how or where you are trying to view the IDFA, but it is fair to say that once IDs are uploaded, you can not view the contents of a list. I'm not sure if this context is helpful, but feel free to reach out with additional details and I might be able to assist further. Sounds like he is not finding it on bidrequest

Sure, that sounds possible. Even if that were the case though, we would still need more information–there are many reasons why an IDFA may not appear, so we'll need more information to help narrow it down. For example, it may actually appear in the bid request, but they may be looking at the wrong field. Alternatively, they may be asking why an IDFA from a targeted userlist isn't appearing in bid requests, which could be a potential misconfiguration of their userlist, pretargeting, or something else.

For now, it'd be helpful to establish the facts about the issue such as the specific API(s) or protocol used, the account involved, and any additional context.
