How to Obtain Duration of Disapproved Creatives in Google Real-Time Bidding

Hi Team,

I used the following filter to obtain the details of disapproved creatives: 'creativeServingDecision.networkPolicyCompliance.status:DISAPPROVED AND creativeServingDecision.dealsPolicyCompliance.status:DISAPPROVED AND creativeServingDecision.platformPolicyCompliance.status:DISAPPROVED.' However, this filter does not provide information on how long each creative has been disapproved. How can I obtain details regarding the duration of the disapproval for each creative. Is there any api available for this.

So you're interested in determining the duration of time that passed since the various status fields are changed to DISAPPROVED? We don't return the duration directly, but you should be able to determine this by leveraging the creativeServingDecision.lastStatusUpdate field. That field specifies a timestamp that indicates the time that the status changed, which you can compare to the current time to determine the duration. One caveat though is that it would reflect changes to any of the status fields, which means that you won't be able to tell if that update refers to a specific PolicyCompliance field like networkPolicyCompliance, dealsPolicyCompliance, platformPolicyCompliance, etc.
